Annual Bodega Bay Fisherman's Festival

Saturday, April 14 and Sunday, April 15 at 10 AM - 5 PM

Westside Park, 2400 Westshore Road, Bodega Bay, California 94923

The 45th Annual Fisherman's Festival celebrates the local fisherman and kicks off salmon season with a blessing of the fleet. Entertainment for the whole family includes live music, great food, numerous craft booths and much more. The wine tasting booth features Sonoma County wines and the beer booth has numerous local Sonoma County ales. For the kids, there is a play area that includes face painting, games, a touch tank tide pool, and guest pets on parade. Demonstrations by the Sonoma County Sheriff Rescue helicopter and US Coast Guard will take place in the harbor. Live music and performances will be on the Main Stage both days, with Saturday’s headliner the Zins and Sunday’s headliner Pride and Joy. Don't miss the wooden boat challenge, where participating teams build a vessel and compete in a boat race.

Youth Exhibition: Art Shapes the World

The Petaluma Arts Center is pleased to host the 6th Youth Art Exhibit featuring artwork created by Petaluma's youth K-12th grades. This beloved exhibit showcases inspiring artwork of students from Petaluma schools in a variety of mediums, demonstrating the power and beauty of children's artwork.

Mini Concert at the Museum

Enjoy a Sunday afternoon of live music at the Sonoma County Museum. Curated by Bay Area band, Dirty Cello, the mini-concert's repertoire will present an eclectic mix of fine music from all over the Bay Area and beyond. Each mini concert at the Museum is different, as Dirty Cello has a large and varied repertoire. From China to Italy, and all over the U.S., Dirty Cello brings the world a high energy and unique spin on blues and bluegrass. Led by vivacious cross-over cellist, Rebecca Roudman, Dirty Cello is cello like you've never heard before. From down home blues with a wailing cello to virtuosic stompin' bluegrass, Dirty Cello is a band that gets your heart thumping and your toes tapping!
