Michael has been a maverick winemaker in Sonoma Valley for 15 years, making just 5,000 cases a year of mostly classic Italian varietals as well as robust blends and Cabernet Sauvignon. He is one of the winemakers that has been leading the way in the revival of Sangiovese and Barbera wines in Sonoma since 2005. Michael's deep community ties and warm relationships with other local winemakers enables him to source some of the best fruit for his wines from some of the best growers in Sonoma County and beyond. Have fun in this celebration which features Journeyman Meat Co. Charcuterie Boards with selections of Muscardini Cellars wine-infused salume, Tsar Nicoulai artisanal caviar, and Fuel the Food Truck food and coffee. There will also be live music from Sonoma Soul and Jami Jamison band.Want to have a delicious weekend? Spend two glorious days along Wine Road – Northern Sonoma County at the 28th Annual Winter WINEland. This is your chance to meet winemakers and taste limited production wines, new releases, or library wines. Participating wineries will highlight a Vintage, Varietal, or Vertical tasting for the weekend. Travel from winery to winery, exploring along your chosen route and having a fun time in beautiful Sonoma County!
