Be a part of this unique event as History Museum of Sonoma County presents its annual Artistry in Wood exhibit, featuring Gustav Stickley and Charles and Henry Green. American Arts and Crafts was a decorative arts movement that developed from the 1880s through 1920, and its style is still popular among woodworkers today because of its emphasis on craftsmanship. Gustav Stickley and Charles and Henry Greene are the best known American masters of this style and time period. Amateur woodworker and would-be historian Michael Wallace will also give a talk on the style and the masters' designs and works, with a focus on furniture.

Wildfires Through the Heartwood features dances before and after the October fires in Root 101, Bruce Johnson's Sculpture Garden at the Luther Burbank Center for the Arts. The New Normal looks at our community one year after the October fires that killed 44 and obliterated neighborhoods in Santa Rosa and the surrounding towns.Firestorm: The First 12 Hours is a short film preview of 50+ Films' feature film. In the movie, a fire ecologist, a firefighter, a daughter and a radio personality talk about what they saw, felt and did during the first 12 hours of the Wine Country Fires. Level-headed actions, emotional responses and a sense of community responsibility compelled these four people to do extraordinary things.
