With Mother's Day coming up, don't let the shelter in place stop you from enjoying the day with that special lady in your life.

Take a look at some of the ways you can celebrate with them, whether you are together or apart!

Dine together

Even though you can’t go out, there's nothing stopping you from enjoying a special meal this weekend. Cook or order your mom's favorite meal via takeout and have it delivered to enjoy together if you live in the same household. If your mom lives separately, you can still arrange for a delivery service to send them your treat, then call them up so you can enjoy the meal together virtually.

Send her a Gift

A gift basket or care package will go a long way to show how much you love your mom or wife. You can also send them your favorite sweet treat or some flowers. Get in touch with your local suppliers and arrange to have something sent this Sunday for a pleasant surprise.

Take her on a Tour

If your mom likes museums or exploring, you can take them on a virtual tour! Several California museums have this option available, so you can both enjoy the sights and cultural enrichment from the safety of your couches. Want to take it up a notch? Take them for a trip in some of these museums around the world!

Make her day Musical

Not all moms are tech savvy, but even techies love a little personal touch now and then. You can put together an album or playlist of the songs she likes and spend the day together listening to them and maybe even singing out loud to some of her favorite hits!

Send her a Card

Greeting cards may be old-fashioned, but they're also nostalgic and extra special. There's just something pleasing about receiving something you know was made with care and love. Check out a few handy greeting card ideas here.

Thank you for reaching out!
